Dear VHF-friends,
after a lot of requests in the magazines FUNKTELEGRAMM, CQ-DL, FA, as well in several foreign publications and via packet-radio (DXCs and BBS) and via vhf-internet-reflector, please do welcome the result of our:
M[ost] W[anted] 50 + 144 MHz S[quares] + DXCCs Europa 2005 survey
made by IW0GPN (50 MHz Squares), DL8EBW (144 MHz Squares), PA2CHR (DXCCs) and the VHF-DX-Group DL-West together with the magazine FUNKTELEGRAMM.
Sorry again for the lot of requests in the internet and as well in the DXCs. Sometimes we got named SPAMMERS, but after each of our requests we did receive new input - if we stoped our announces, we did receive nothing over several days...
The datas was collected in the time periode between december 2004 up to 05th march 2005. Our MWS-survey have been taken since 1993 and this year we have seen one of the highest figure of participants since our start. We did receive 109 votes on 144 MHz (only 10% less than past year). For the DXCC survey we did receive 74 initials on 144 MHz. A bit disapointing was the result of the survey on 50 MHz: Only 10 stations gave us their votes, so we decide to collect 50 MHz from now on also only all second year (as well as DXCCs).
