First very short opening around 13:20 UT from G to 9H1 and I8. At 17.02 UT 144 was open again for app. 1 hour  from G and GW into S5, YU, 9A and from OK, OM, OE and HG  into F while EA was into DL(JO63) for a few minutes. Involved DXCC today:
I, G, GW, F, OK, OM, OE, HG, YU, S5, 9A, EA, EA6.

Just missed 9H this early afternoon! Heard 9H1XT (working G0BBB) and I8MPO, very short opening approx 13:25z, faded B4 I could get to the radio.

Nice es opening from this evening, moved qrl paper mountain to one side fer a short while. Many G's agn locked in battle on .300, why not spread apart a few kc and then work more dx??

  You have missed out a few of the reasons that can also trigger 144Mhz Sporadic E:
1. Switching off the amplifier.
2. Going for a meal break.
3. Going to work.
4. Working on the antenna system.
5. Going on Holiday.
Similarly these things can stop SpE:
1. Taking a day's holiday to listen for SpE.
2. Sitting in the shack all day on a nice sunny warm day.
3. Switching the amplifier on.
